Teacher Training

FullSizeRenderOur next Rasayana School of Yoga 200-hr Teacher Training in Kennewick & Leavenworth will be starting January 2020.

AND we’ll also be offering it as a 500-hr program!

OR you can join the 300-hr program in the Fall of 2020!

This is a joint venture between Joanna Dunn (Evolve::Local Yoga in Leavenworth) and Heather Anastos (Yoga Community in Kennewick).  For full details on our 200-hr programs, see our website at www.rasayana-yoga.com.

The 500-hr and 300-hr options are new additions, and details will be released soon.  The 200-hr program is the foundation of the Yoga Alliance-based training programs, but if you already have a 200-hr certificate (from any qualified school), you know that it only scratches the surface of yoga learning.  The 300-hr programs are the next step!  Enhance your knowledge and understanding with 300 hours of additional training in advanced topics.  The 300-hr program will start in the fall of 2020 and run for about one year.  Students will also have the option of completing both the 200- and 300-hr programs in sequence  (500-hr program) starting January 2020 and running through 2021.

Rasayana School of Yoga focuses on balancing all eight limbs of the practice of yoga by starting with a mindful, alignment-based approach to asana that takes into account modifications for injury and illness.  Meditation, pranayama, and the study of yoga philosophies are incorporated into a curriculum that will provide a well-rounded introduction to the art of teaching yoga.  Advanced study course can be completed at a discounted rate for students who choose not to pursue teaching (must be designated at time of registration).
