At Yoga Community, we offer a variety of classes to help you meet your goals for your practice. In order to choose the right class, first, define what you want to gain from your class - what’s your goal? Second, determine your level - are you a beginner? Do you have injuries? The class recommendations below are listed based on goal (fitness-based, physical healing, mental wellness, or personal/spiritual growth) and level (beginner to experienced). Read the detailed class descriptions for even more information to choose your perfect fit!
